2 Day Allahabad Tour From Varanasi

Itinerary for one day
Day 01| ARRIVAL + EVENING AARTI
Arrival, Meet & greet with our representative at the Airport who will drop you the hotel and help you with the check-in formalities. Check-in to the hotel and relax. In the evening around 1800hrs meet our representative at your hotel lobby and proceed for attending evening Ganges Aarti. It’s a very famous and adorable event in the City. You will sit on the boat and enjoy the Aarti. After this visit, the local market area and our representative will drop you back to your hotel for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02| MORNING BOATING + WALKING TOUR
After early morning breakfast, our representative will pick you from your hotel, proceed for a walking tour of Varanasi. Our representative will meet you at the pickup point who will take you to the unique and famous attractions and markets of the city. Start walking from your pickup point and on the way visit the main market nearby Dashashwamedh Ghat where you will explore the very famous and adorable event of Varanasi “The Ganga Aarti”. Do some shopping from the market and purchase souvenirs for your friends and relatives from there or if you wish so you can also take a savor of the local street food of the city. After all the things around 1800 Hrs continue your walking tour to attend Ganga Aarti. This event will organize in the evening time after the sunset for around 45 min. Make your presence in the Aarti and take the blessing of holy river Ganga. This event is the symbol of religious faith in the Hindu religion of their spirituality and divinity for this holy river. People offer prayer during the Aarti with lights, flower petals, etc.
Day 03| City Tour
After having your breakfast, Get ready for the full day city tour drive to Banaras Hindu University, (Place of Oriental and Occidental Learning) and its museum of Indian Art-Bharat Kala Bhavan and Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, place of oriental Sanskrit learning and having gorgeous buildings in Gothic style. Bharat Mata Temple (The temple of Mother India) other important points to see in the city include Ramnagar Fort, Mahamaya Temple, Panch Kroshi Yatra, Visit to Ancient Shiva temple of Kandwa village, Nepali Temple and Observatory on Ganga Ghats. Later come back to your hotel with the amazing memories of your full-day city tour in Varanasi.
Day 04| Varanasi to Allahabad
After having your breakfast, Pack your bags and check-out from your hotel. Drive to Prayagraj (3hr). Check-in to the hotel and relax. In the evening you can explore the civil line market area and buy some good souvenirs for your friends and family and try some local food. Come back to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 05| Prayagraj City Tour
After having your breakfast, proceeds for your City tour in Allahabad. Drive to the Triveni Sangam located 7 kilometers away from Allahabad City. This is a meeting point of three rivers – Ganges, Yamuna, Saraswati. All 3 are considered as holy rivers in Hindu beliefs. Taking a holy dip into the Triveni Sangam will wash-off your all sins. Take a boat ride at Sangam and proceed for Shree bade Hanuman ji temple this temple is famous because the stachu of lord hanuman has displayed in a resting pose. Take blessings from the temple and continue your journey. Allahabad forts build by the Mughal emperor Akbar at the bank of the Ganges river in 1583. The marvelous structure is splendid works of architecture also the biggest fort build by the Akbar. Visit Akshayavat temple, Anand Bhawan it’s a historic house museum focusing on the Nehru family, Jawahar planetarium. Proceed for Chandrashekhar Azad park visit Allahabad museum it is known for its rich collection and unique art, Pistol that used by the freedom fighter Chandrashekhar Azad to kill himself as he doesn’t want to get arrested the by the Britishers. Lastly, visit the civil line market area and buy some good souvenirs for your friends and family and try some local food. DAY 06| DEPARTURE TO ONWARDS DESTINATION (B)
